Google reviewers report that USA Insulation crews are typically punctual, professional, and thorough with cleanup during foam and blown-in insulation installations. Customers frequently praise clear communication from sales representatives and the inclusion of post-job inspections. However, low-star reviews cite incomplete work, such as missed sections causing frozen pipes, or damage to drywall and siding that required significant follow-up repairs.

Salesman Bernie was on-time and very thorough with inspecting the inside and outside of the house. He also was very good with explaining the materials and processes of installation. I had never been through insulating a house, so I had a few questions, which he answered clearly.
The crew was on-time, very professional, and worked from 8:30a-5:00p without stopping. What ever they had to move inside and outside they put back to the original places. Even the Halloween decor outside of the front door! All three men were very polite.
Service doesn't get any better than that! Plus we don't hear the trains anymore!

We found the entire process very pleasant. From the sales representative through the actual foam insulation teams. They were prompt on arrivals and very curtious while they were here. They kept us informed on the status of the work. When they were done the group manager walked us around the outside of our home. They even showed us how much blown in insulation they added to the existing insulation in our attic. And always throughout the process they were courteous and cleaned up before they left.
Again, we were very satisfied with the entire process. We now notice there's now much less outside noise inside our home. And we await the positive effects on our heating and electrical monthly bills.

Peter and Crew on time, Peter is a very good communicator letting you know expectations before work starts and after work completion. The Crew cleaned up the entire work area after foam injection, no problems noted. Overall, a good experience.
