Used USA Park for our recent trip to Hawaii. We reserved ahead of time which was even easier. Such nice people and easy access. Our shuttle driver, Randy, was a gem. He was so friendly and accommodating, and said that he loves his job! Thanks Randy!

I know what was said on the phone and I took it. I literally had to roll my window up until she was ready to give receipt to keep from converting with her. They have lost all business from us. There were no signs explaining when to call and nothing on the ticket. I simply asked for a shuttle nothing more and explained we weren't worried about waiting. Photos prove no signs about when to call yet she was upset about when we are to call.

Review from Google · view on Googleever since you started the prepay parking you have really messed up you loyal customers parking. to reserve parking you must prepay with no refunds, while if you get free days for being a loyal customer you cannot use your free days and your "discount" for prebooking on the same reservation...you have really made it frustrating to park with you all. so you cannot make your reservation for 3 of the 7 days and your free days for the other days as an example. we love the covered parking but your customer service and for thought has really taken a dive.
