I appreciate the technician who came out to assess our plumbing issue. He was professional, courteous, and identified the likely cause of the problem.
Unfortunately, the customer service afterward was extremely disappointing. I paid a $175 diagnostic fee and was told I would receive a written report and estimate. I spoke directly with Chris, the boss, multiple times over two days, and each time he assured me the report would be sent. I was also told by the office that it had already been emailed, but despite checking my inbox, spam, and junk folders, I never received it. After multiple follow-ups, my calls and messages simply stopped being returned.
My biggest disappointment wasn't the diagnostic—it was the lack of communication and follow-through. If timely communication and written estimates are important to you. Look somewhere else.
Suarez came out to fix a botched plumbing job from another company. Polite and professional, he showed me everything he was doing as he did it. So happy with the results. Fair and reasonable
