I came to USA Sports Medicine for treatment of tennis elbow caused by playing pickleball. During my very first appointment, Dr. Tyler Thomas asked me a simple question: “What are your goals for physical therapy?” My answer was equally simple: I wanted to get back on the pickleball court and play without restrictions. From that moment on, the entire team at USA Sports Medicine remained laser-focused on helping me achieve that goal. I'm happy to report that not only am I back on the court, but I'm playing better than I was before my injury! What really sets USA Sports Medicine apart is the personal attention and genuine care they provide. Dr. Thomas and Nancy Jeffers greet me with a smile at every session and make me feel like family. Their professionalism, encouragement, and dedication made the entire recovery process a positive experience. I’ve been to several physical therapy centers over the years and USA Sports Medicine Boca Raton is top notch. Starts with the staff Dr. Tyler Thomas and Nancy Jeffers are passionate about what they do, knowledgeable, inspirational and caring. Then comes the services provided. One of the few that offer Shockwave Therapy and dry needling along with electro stimulation, blood flow restriction and all necessary strength training equipment. Thank you Dr. Tyler and Nancy for your help with my knee replacement recovery!

I can’t recommend Dr. Eric enough, I’ve been dealing with nerve pain from a disc bulge while training and had tried several different therapies without much lasting improvement. Working with him has made the biggest difference, and I finally feel like I’m making real progress. He’s knowledgeable and really takes the time to help you understand the issue.

My daughter has been receiving physical therapy for a recurring ankle sprain, and we have been very pleased with her progress. Her ankle stability has improved significantly, and she really benefits from the individual attention she receives during each session. The therapist is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her progress. We highly recommend this great therapist!

Love USA Sport for my PT … they try really hard to help you. Uses different techniques that other places do not offer. Atmosphere, therapists are friendly and listen to you. If you’re looking for good therapists go to USA Sports Medicine.
