This place is excellent. Imagine a mechanical engineer for vacuum cleaners, but they are honest, expert, and genuinely care about teaching you about the service. My vacuum broke at a bad time, and they were able to fix it same day, within hours. No extra charge! The shop is organized and the staff seem intent and dedicated in their work. I took my Dyson vacuum in after it had sucked up some water, which left a nasty odor. They not only cleaned it professionally but also disinfected the entire unit. Now my vacuum works like new again! They also specialize in repairing Kirby vacuums. We will definitely use them again for our vacuum servicing.

The owner seems nice. His website indicated that you could wait for a vacuum simple repair however he told me i need to come in an hour. It took me 20 min to go back to my house and he called saying my vacuum was ready for pick up.
