We are so pleased to have worked with Val Betti Plumbing for multiple plumbing needs recently. They were prompt, prepared, knowledgable and great people. We would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
After having such a good experience with Val Betti a month and a half ago I decided I wanted to have my faucets changed out in my kitchen and bathroom so called them again. John and Rocco came out saw what I had and started the job. Everything came out beautifully. They were efficient, cleaned up after and I am so happy with how everything went. Thank you so much guys. Next will be my shower/ tub faucet when I find the right one. Go local. Go Val Betti.
Placed a call on Tuesday and got a tech out Wednesday morning. He examined my leaking faucet, offered me a few options that he carried in the truck, and then got to work. He did a great job of marking off the sink and ensuring alignment of the new faucet. Installed the feed lines and everything was completed in about an hour. He was very pressional and friendly, wore booties inside the house and cleaned up at the end of the work. I appreciate the ease of process and good work.
Thank you for the kind words Mark... I'll pass-on to the team!
Val just did amazing quick and incredibly reasonably priced water main work at our house in Orinda... and they are creative problem solvers diagnosing and resolving issues without ripping everything (driveways, etc) up like other companies want to do, good at spot leak detection replacing only what is needed. 5 stars ALL the way, look no further !! They also have an innovative technique to replace copper pipe under a driveway without having to tear it up..def recommend, would use Val for everything plumbing.... THANK YOU VAL ! 🤘🏼
Val Betti Plumbing is just the best! They respond instantly and once again have come to our rescue. Our water heater gave out, and within a few hours of calling them, a new water heater was installed. Every technician we have had come to our house has been great. Every technician has been polite, friendly and professional and know exactly what they are doing. The whole Company is an absolute pleasure to work with, and any time anything goes wrong, we will call them immediately. Thank you Val Betti!
Fantastic service from Val Betti and Ryan. Very professional, informed customer service and a job well done.
They were on time and professional. Came when they say they were going to come and gave me updates on when my parts would come in. Repair works fine and cost was reasonable.
We've had Ryan from Val Betti Plumbing out several times over the past couple years for various issues with our shower, sink, and toilet.
