I have been struggling for months with shoulder pain. After one adjustment with Dr. Garrido, I had a significant reduction in my pain. It felt like a miracle! I immediately had increased mobility and a general sense of well-being that I had not experienced for months. After two more follow up appointments, my pain was gone. I am so grateful for the healing that I have experienced!

For those of you looking for a professional and competent massage therapist, I highly recommend Liza Ramirez. I went in yesterday afternoon experiencing vertigo with a back that was frozen. Liza loosened up the muscles and fascia - I left feeling much better and on my way to recovery. Liza has a good knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and is very intuitive in her use of pressure and in finding the right areas to work on to relieve pain.

I see Dr. Garrido and Dr. Perry and I LOVE them both. I always learn something new when I see Dr. Garrido as he is super knowledgeable about holistic health and shares new info every week. He sometimes finds my ailments without me telling him where they are and he’s able to do adjustments that relieve pressure from my frayed/compounded nerves. Dr. Perry focuses more on soft tissue work and let me tell you- nothing has ever hurt so good. I had some hip and low back pain that has bothered me for years, and during a flare up, we worked on the muscles that were tight and contracted. I no longer have the pain after working with Dr. Perry and Dr. Garrido. So thankful to have skilled and knowledgeable chiropractors so close to home!

I was having trouble with my lower back and my husband recommended I give them a try. Dr. Russell helped me and after only four quick sessions I no longer have any lower back pain. Their staff is all so friendly and helpful!

I was suffering with sciatica pain and looking the chiropractor in mountain house area and found this location, Before going to this office i have visited many chiropractor and physiotherapist, but my pain did not go away, i would not say they are not good , they might not able to read the actual problem.
So here is my experience after entering in to this office, the lady seating on front desk was very polite and greeted with smile and asked me to fill up the form where is the pain area and all, than nurse came and asked me to go to the water bed so muscle can be relaxed before they start twisting your body :) , she was also very soft spoken and answered all the questions. Than finally Dr. Russell asked me the issue and he did his trick and half of the pain go away in first visit, today i had my second visit and I am in better shape now, I have scheduled one more on near future. I would definitely recommend this office if you are going through any pains or aches. I did not get a chance to get the name of front desk lady otherwise i would have mentioned here, but all the staffs and Doctors are beyond the expectations. Thank you !!!!
