Customers frequently cite punctuality, thoroughness, and effective pest elimination as key strengths of the service. Reviews highlight professional communication, friendly interactions, and competitive pricing that delivers visible results from the initial visit. A recurring criticism involves billing practices, specifically the application of cancellation fees without prior verbal notification, alongside isolated complaints about staff rudeness regarding neighbor notification protocols.
