We had three estimates for our deck. All three were the same. We went with Valley because all they do is decks. We LOVE our new deck. Working with John was easy. He kept us informed and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. We would recommend Valley and would use them again.

John is very talented, professional, and easy to work with. He went over and beyond and was trustworthy and honest. At times changing what I thought would be a good plan even though my suggestion may have cost more, he was honest with his opinion. Ours is a large 2nd story deck with a 1/2 sunken in hot tub 😅😊. We absolutely love our deck! (Disclaimer: The dog/doggie house is not ours, however…our pup Lewy would love this addition:)

John is knowledgeable and always helpful. He went out of his way to locate a section of hand rail that I needed to replace a damaged section of my deck built over 10 years ago.

The entire experience from start to finish for our new composite deck was amazing. John helped us design a great deck that fit our budget and recommended some options that we didn't think of. The crew, led by Miguel, was professional and easy to work with. John's team worked with us on any challenges that came up, and we felt that they would do anything possible to help us. John at Valley went out of his way to provide us with a step/pad made of composite material to allow us to use our three pane patio door after another window company installed the wrong doors location. John was very understanding to our needs to make this a safe use of our patio entry. Rick the installer did an excellent job and was very accommodating. I would not hesitate a minute about using Valley of Wisconsin and working with John.

Working with John at Valley of WI was a great experience. He listened to what we were looking for in our deck replacement. We wanted a new footprint and he gave us good input and options/details we hadn't thought of. The crew that installed the deck was fabulous. We had to replace our old wooden deck this year, and decided to go with a composite deck from Valley of Wisconsin. Working with John & his team was seamless, from design to construction. As soon as weather permitted, his guys were here tearing down our old deck and starting construction on the new. It was mind-blowing how quickly they worked, and seeing the difference in the construction quality between the old & new deck was amazing. We have been spending every day outside on our new deck and couldn't be happier!

One stop shop for choosing deck materials. They had many demo decks to get a feel of traction along with lighting options. The owner John was available to answer all our questions. He has been in the deck biz for over 50 years and obviously was very knowledgeable.

I was referred to Valley for a deck and was sold on the quality and professionalism that they operated with. John did a great job designing and recommending options to us. We had a few difficult things pop up and a constrained timeline and Valley did everything we asked and more. One of the main things I noticed in comparing various decks is the specialization that they have in getting the job done. I know a number of people that have used other companies or gone it the do-it-yourself route that are still waiting to complete the job or can't get materials. You get what you pay for and if you try to cut corners it will show. Valley doesn't cut corners, they deliver a great product and great service.
