I usually dont take the time to leave reviews but since this was the second time that valley west has put my animals in a bad spot I figured I should take the time. The first was a few months ago and a friend of mines pit bull was hit and dragged under a car. She was pure raw meat under her entire belly so bad that she was sleeping by leaning against something as not to let anything touch her at all. As I said this was a friend's dog and she didn't gave the money but all I had in my bank account was around $200 so I took her in and they knew this dog needed help badly but before I could get her out of there w any medicines at all they started stripping away all the meds that they had given her one at a time until the poor bb was left w nothing but a course of antibiotics. They found out I only had $200 and they didn't want any part of helping her. I am sure they could have left her w something for any form of pain relief for $200 but they even stripped her of the salve for pain . I dont care who u r there's a time to step up and be kind to animals who can't help themselves but not here. They r all about money not the animals in any way. The second straw was because I was homeless for a period of time and saw the vet there that works for a donated charity called street dogs. I am straitened out now and was intending on trying to use them because idk anything of another vet but on e they found out I had used street dogs they turned from pleasant to extremely rude. Apparently they dont want clients who in their eyes may struggle for money but that was apparent when I saw how badly my friends Nikka was treated in a dire circumstance. I'm just glad I came to my senses and got her a loving vet instead of a vet who cares nothing for the animals and all for the money. So if u aren't considered extremely wealthy I would not put my babies at their mercy because truly there isn't any!

They do not care about any animals they care about money that's it if they want to put your fur baby down they get money from the government for animal control as they call it rude vet and tech turning their back to me whispering very unprofessional called ASPCA filed a complaint and still thinking about a lawsuit and this place is a joke sorry to the good vets and vet techs that work there for this place to make them look bad and show them the wrong way to conduct animal care and as they say quality of life yeah right they want to kill animals not help them and my fur baby is fine and playing with her grandpup,fur mommy and the rest of her fur family they don't belong to me I belong to them! And one last thing this place can show to the fur babies parents is compassion and to all that work there do not ever judge a book by the cover you might be surprised when you open it.i will get this vet fired and vet tech and my 9 week old puppy is fine with rest and proper care her name is precious remember us you will never forget after I get through with you heartless people and make sure you never get near any fur baby aga
They are arguably the most professional and up to date Veterinary clinic in the valley. The staff is professional and courteous and will accommodate your pet into certain rooms if you let them know ahead of time. We had a mobility impaired doggo (old age and bad hip) and they always gave us the very first room coming into the facility to make it easier for him.
