Cory and the ValueGuard team are the best. Honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. We've used them on a couple of home inspections and they've provided an unbiased view of the good, bad, and ugly. The latest was an inspection on a house in Plymouth Meeting, and now we have all the information to make the best decision.

Inspector Jim was knowledgeable and freely explained all he was doing, and expertly answered questions. A few items did not make the list that I thought should have. Still, the inspection went great.The cost was among the best I could find. I'll use Valueguard again on my next home!
