Amazing customer service! Very satisfied with the experience.
Best Valvoline location in Louisville. Service is astronomical!!!
Quick and transparent service in a convenient location
I travel across town and pass up multiple locations specifically to come to Bills location. The service is quick and friendly, I never feel pressured! I always leave informed and can trust the job was done correctly.
Bill, Alex, & Bri are a great team! Happy to help, reasonable & kind. Love this location
Fast and friendly!
Bill is a professional and is really good at explaining issues. Great customer service. I recommend talking to Bill if you need to get an oil change for your car in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville.
Bill and his team were great. Best service I've ever had at an instant oil change place. Would highly recommend.
Great service.
Bill is an amazing manager and because of him and his team, I won't go to any other Valvoline but this one. Since coming to this store, Bill Has: >Helped me find coupons >Showed me how to check my oil levels >Showed me where to find the oil that I need for my car >Told me exactly when my car needs an oil change,…
Very friendly and helpful. Do not try to oversell. Great experience.
I have been to them twice & they have been so helpful and even provided me with additional car facts
Went above and beyond to replace missing screws on skid plate and make other under-car repairs that could have led to serious issues. Will definitely be coming back every 4,000-5,000 miles.
Quick service and the staff is informative
Cayden has been the best most helpful everytime in there
Great experience with very kind staff!
Rolled right up to the bay, no wait time for me, friendly and professional staff, greeted me and told me they were glad I stopped by, they checked my fluids, tire pressure brake light, filters and advised me on what was needed for better car performance. It was a pleasant visit, so happy I decided to stop at this…
Totally professional and very friendly
No waiting - very efficient and friendly staff
Mr.Ez E and Bill great guys thanks
Great support, kind employees, knowledgeable and happy to help out!
By far the best valvoline in Louisville. They actually care about giving you good service and not trying to scam you- I appreciate honest answers
I always have the best experience at the store. Kind workers and fast service.
My favorite Valvoline! Always pleasant and so knowledgeable!
Very knowledgeable and not pushy
These guys are efficient and thorough as can be. Informative etc. I’m not a car dude at all. I put gas in it, that’s the extent of my knowledge. Kerry the Manager was so kind and patient as were the other guys. Go see them for that alone. Good guys.
The best service in town. Bill is freakin awesome!
Always fast and efficient service. Friendly crew every time.
I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name that helped me. He was so kind and willing to answer any of my questions until I understood. I was at the Valvoline in the Highlands. Not having a husband to take care of of my car sucks, but I’m grateful that I had this experience:)
Great efficient service every time! Great customer service as well! 😄 I only trust Valvoline with my oil change! 🤗 I frequently come to this location! Fantastic professional service each time! 😊
Quick service and an honest assessment of vehicle needs. This facility is the best Valvoline experience that I have ever had.
Bri was amazing! She knows her stuff! Very fast friendly and efficient! Eze is so handsome I’ll keep coming back to see both yall! 😉
The team is super fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. And it’s right in my neighborhood - so convenient!
Great staff and fast service!
Bri was fantastic. Despite being the only person working, she was able to take care of my oil change, wipers etc. She was informative and had a great, positive attitude.
Excellent service. I’ve always had an easy time getting in. The manager is such a kind person and the crew are competent and in good spirits. I always get what I need done, good suggestions, never pushy, Just an overall pleasant experience every single time. Highly recommend!!
Quick, friendly and thorough. Bill is a fantastic manager who walks you through what you need and when you need it!
First, the location is really convenient for me. That said, the staff was helpful and friendly, they completed my service in a timely fashion, and laid out my routine maintenance in a fair and professional manner. I appreciate Bill Martin and the whole crew, and would gladly recommend them.
