They were originally booked to clean my home through a third party, but after seeing their work, I will absolutely be hiring them directly in the future. Their attention to detail was incredible, my floors were immaculate, and the entire house looked and felt beautifully clean. They were thorough, professional, and clearly take great pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional

I was fortunate to win a 3-hour cleaning service, & overall I was very pleased with the experience. The cleaner did a great job cleaning my bathrooms—they looked & felt so fresh afterward. I was hoping for a little more attention in the kitchen, such as cleaning the inside of the stove & washing the dishes, but I understand that may not have been included in the service provided. Overall, I appreciate the hard work & effort that went into the cleaning. Definitely would recommend & hope to book again soon 😊

Vanessa’s Elite Cleaning did an amazing job in my master bath. Vanessa and Heather showed up on time and assessed everything first, then they got the job started. For the longest time my toilet had a brown/black ring around the inside and I could never remove it. I tried everything! I was absolutely in shock when they showed me my all white toilet! Like wow! It came off and looked brand new! My walk in shower had build up soap scum and it all came off, and everything looked so shiny! I should have hired them a lot sooner! I am by far the happiest with the outcome of the work they did. Thank you ladies! If I could give you more than 5 Stars I would!

I recently purchased the Deep Cleaning Package and I am very satisfied with the results. Not only we’re all the areas I needed cleaned taken care of, but they also addressed details I didn’t even realize needed attention. It was so refreshing to come home and see my house looking bright and renewed. The level of detail was excellent and the scent was pleasant without being overwhelming, which I really appreciated. Vanessa patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Vanessa‘s elite cleaning services did a giveaway for one free basic cleaning. I was blessed enough to win the giveaway But this review is not because I won, but because of the service they provided, and also the professionalism and organized detail oriented business that they showed. Not only did Vanessa come alongside the worker for the day. She did a full walk-through she wrote a checklist and she was very upfront about what was going to get done and what wasn’t going to get done. It was a basic cleaning, but I came home and felt that my home was completely refreshed. Love how they took care of my home, They were very transparent and had great customer service. I’m going to book them for further cleanings and I definitely recommend them. 🤍🧼

I found Vanessa's Elite Cleaning Service, Inc. through the Better Business Bureau. They have been accredited since 4/11/2024 and have an A rating. BBB is always the first place I look when I need to hire for a service. Second, I checked for any negative reviews/complaints on BBB as well as Google reviews. I was equally impressed with both. Third, I always request a loose interview/meet and greet with the business I'd potentially like to hire. Vanessa was professional and responsive from the moment I reached out. She was shockingly fast in her response time and continues to be. In addition, she actually has a professional website and not just a FB page. The correspondence was detailed, professional and transparent from the beginning. No intrusive texts or emails filled with grammar mistakes, but true, professional communication. Why is any of that important? Attention to detail and communication skills always reveals so much about a business; especially when hiring a cleaning service. Our final step was having her meet with myself and my elderly mother to make sure this was a good fit. Vanessa was professional, empathetic and clearly has a passion for her clients and her business. She had zero trouble answering any questions about payments or general concerns. She not only speaks the part, but dresses the part. Impressive! Another testament to her professionalism. My top priority was to always hire a company who I felt my mother would be comfortable with having in her home and of course did an exceptional job cleaning. The cleaning technicians we have had thus far are a wonderful reflection on Vanessa. Both ladies have been timely, respectful to my mother and her space and take any particular feedback of preferences with respect and professionalism. Honestly, you absolutely learn a tremendous amount about a company when you give them feedback of your preferences and how they respond. These positive and respectful responses truly ties a beautiful red bow on the top of an already awesome business. I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have found Vanessa's Elite Cleaning Services, Inc. Many self-owned business' could truly take a page out of her professional approach. We have had Vanessa and the team for over 2 years now … can’t say enough about how happy we have been. The people are nice , take their time and do it right and treat our home like they would theirs . Very professional from the start and always open to changes when we needed to make changes to services and times etc… it’s a big decision letting people in to your house and in to your lives… at least it was for us. Highly recommend giving Vanessa and her team a shot … they will not disappoints

Great experience from Vanessa's Cleaning Service. We used them for a deep clean after our renovations and they made our home look and feel clean again. Wonderful communication, close attention to detail and thoroughness, and great customer service. Pricing was reasonable as well. I will be using them more and more!
