Absolutely great group of people! Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Care was fantastic. PT works you hard but the result is definitely worth it! All of the PT, decompression, and adjustments have made an enormous difference for me.

I came to Vanguard Spine & Sport – Memorial mainly for my back and cervical disc pain. Before starting treatment, the pain was pretty bad. What stood out to me wasn’t just the physical therapy, but how the staff treated me. From the first visit, they made me feel comfortable, like I was dealing with people who actually care, not just doing their job. It felt almost like the mental side of things was being taken care of before the physical treatment even started. The place has a really good atmosphere. In less than three months, the severe pain I had was much better, and the way everyone treated me made the whole process easier. You feel like you’re with people you’ve known for a while, not like you’re just another patient. I’m happy with the results so far and would recommend them to anyone dealing with back or neck issues.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with an outstanding team at Vanguard Spine & Sport, and I recommend 1000% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Hernandez was my provider and she was excellent. She always made sure to readjust me as needed and took her time to check in on how I was feeling. She never rushed through appointments and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and progressing. Loved the level of expertise and professionalism clear communication and a real focus on long-term improvement rather than just quick fixes. I also had the chance to work with Dr. Oswald twice . He’s very skilled and delivers a noticeably stronger adjustment He’s professional, confident in his technique, and easy to work with. oh, and he’s very sexy 😍 handsome just doesn’t do it. Hailay was my PT Tech always made me feel completely comfortable. We were able to have good conversations during my visits, and she truly listened. Whenever I had concerns, she made sure to bring them to the doctor so nothing was overlooked. Just because she can carry on a great conversation doesn’t mean she’ll take it easy on you , once it’s time to work, she makes sure you put in the effort and leave feeling like you’ve truly pushed yourself. She’s an incredible person , caring, genuine, and one of the reasons my experience there felt so positive 🥹 I’ll miss you. Mary is an absolute gem. Shes friendly, efficient, and always makes the experience smooth and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, she created a positive, supportive atmosphere. The whole clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone works together, the care is personalized, and you can tell the team truly wants their patients (and each other) to succeed. I was disappointed with my experience with the nurse practitioner during my first visit. I was about 10 minutes late, and as soon as I walked in, she made it very clear that she was unhappy about it by forcefully putting her phone down on the desk. I understand that being on time is important, but I felt the reaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. What was more disappointing was that I did not feel I actually received a consultation. I paid a $75 consultation fee, but after I briefly explained my symptoms and situation, I was essentially just told that I could get a TPI. I had already decided beforehand that I wanted to try a trigger point injection, so I didn't have many questions myself, but as a first-time patient, I expected at least a basic explanation of the procedure, what to expect, potential risks or side effects, and whether TPI was actually the most appropriate treatment for my particular situation. I understand that appointments can be time-sensitive, and I take responsibility for being 10 minutes late. However, I don't think being late should result in a rushed and dismissive consultation, especially when a consultation fee is being charged. The actual procedure may have been fine, but the overall communication and bedside manner made me feel unwelcome and disappointed with my first experience at Vanguard.
I came to this location to see Dr. Gentry and was so pleased with my visit. I was running late due to traffic and they graciously still saw me. Dr. Gentry was very informative and explained exactly what was going on with me and my options. He listened to my concerns and respected my decisions. I didn’t feel pressured into anything and he left potential treatment plans opened for me, which I appreciate. I felt comfortable and safe being seen by Dr. Gentry & Dr. Lozano. Dr. Gentry was just an amazing person! Highly recommend him!
A very good place to do therapy. The personal staff are amazing people and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
