I highly recommend Vantage Home Inspection! He came out three separate times and was consistently professional, thorough, and positive every single time. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and identified scores issues that could easily have been overlooked. His attention to detail, expertise, and willingness to help gave me great confidence throughout the process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients. We used Vantage Home Inspections to conduct a full home inspection. They found levels of water damage inside walls and located exactly where the intrusion was happening, a broken sewer tap, a bad electrical panel, and much more. On top of their findings, they were able to explain in detail what they found and next steps to take. They were kind enough to meet with me when they were done and answer all questions I had. I would recommend their services to everyone.
