Very professional and wonderful to work with. Very meticulous with their work and Very good clean up when job is done. Extremely satisfied.
Lillian, thank you so much! We take a lot of pride in the details and making sure everything is cleaned up properly when we're done. So glad you're happy with how it all turned out!
The Vargas team did a great job and was very professional. Love the look.
Thanks so much, Keith! We're glad you're loving the results. It was a pleasure working with you!
Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the quality of the work was just as good. They repaired a crack in the concrete beneath my pavers, installed concrete pads at each lanai door, and installed the pavers. They also pressure washed, re-sanded, and sealed the entire paver area. What really stood out was the attention to detail and customer service. One of the owners stopped by the day after the work was completed, noticed that the pavers could use another coat of sealer, and scheduled the crew to come back the very next day to apply an additional coat at no extra cost. Very professional, responsive, and they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality paver work.
Anthony, thank you so much! We're glad the whole experience felt seamless from communication to completion. Standing behind our work is something we take seriously, so we're happy that came through. We'd love to work with you again down the road!
We recently engaged Vargas Pavers to clean and seal our pavers on walkways and pool deck. They did a superior job. The customer service and follow-up were wonderful.
Chris, thank you so much! We're really glad the walkways and pool deck came out great, and that the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. We'd love to work with you again anytime!
Vargas Paver & Sealing replaced a bullnose waterline paver in my pool. Excellent work!
Howard, so glad we could get that bullnose waterline paver sorted out for you! Thanks for trusting us with the job.
I had a sunken area near my garage door and I noticed it was getting worse. I had Vargas come to do the repair. After sending photos I was quoted $540. for the repair. A $108.00 deposit was required. The owners came along with two other workers. One other low spot was shown to me and it was suggested that it be leveled also, and I was told it would be another $160.00, and I agreed. Of course more pavers were removed around the sunken areas which I understood was necessary. The owners left and the two guys did a fantastic job leveling these sunken areas. What a huge difference. They did these repairs in one hour. And I repeat, they did a fantastic job in such a short time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, because those two guys deserve ten stars, the reason is because the total charge of $700 seemed high for a one hour job. I am very satisfied and they do give a one year warranty.
Hi Chris, Thank you for your review! We’re glad you’re very satisfied with the repairs and our crew’s work. We do want to clarify that our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, experience, and warranty—not time spent on site. Both repairs were quoted and approved beforehand, and the price would have been the same whether the work took one hour or all day. We take pride in having an experienced team that can deliver great results efficiently, and we’d never work slower simply to justify a price. While we’re disappointed our efficiency cost us a star, we truly appreciate your compliments and are glad you’re happy with the finished result. Thank you for choosing Vargas Paver Sealing.
We recently had our pavers on the driveway and lanai surrounding our pool cleaned and sealed. The process took only one day and our pavers look amazing! Vargas took care of moving all of our lanai furniture off and back on to the lanai. They protected our outdoor kitchen and sliders with plastic and were careful not to leave our pool with a lot of debris. They applied two coats of a water based sealer which makes our pavers look better than brand new. I was lucky to have two friends recommend Vargas and if you use them too you won’t be disappointed!
Karen, thank you so much! We're really glad the driveway and lanai pavers came out looking great. Taking care of your furniture, outdoor kitchen, and keeping the pool clean is all part of how we work. We appreciate the kind words and hope your friends are just as happy with their results!
We used Vargas paving at our house in Cape Coral Florida. Very impressed with the quality and the professional way they did the job. We were so impressed that we used them again st our new home in Punta Gorda Florida. They are a small family owned business and I would recommend them to anyone needing paver work done. Awesome to do business with.
