Was reluctant to leave a review because Vasso appeared to be a decent person. But I like transparency. Vasso Helped me with a case this week. Had high hopes ofc we can’t confirm the outcome but evidence was laid out pretty clear.judge made a decision based off a misinterpretation of the timeline and asked Vasso if that was all and he didn’t contest to correct the judge now I have to appeal because the judge was incompetent and my attorney wasn’t invested. I Just feel Vasso probably bite off more than he can chew with his cases. My case felt like an inconvenience. He Seemed like a one man show and overwhelmed by the workload. Being an attorney has to be hard but I felt like the cross examination was very weak and severely unprepared. My case wasn’t some long drawn out trial so I felt the research and time taken to draw out a clear visual for the court wouldn’t take much .Very minimum questions asked and inconsistencies in the other parties testimony wasn’t challenged literally at all. Like vital questions that was necessary. He did mention to text him as I needed but I felt like the burden was on me not him during the hearing. Also he was ill informed on certain practices of the law such as the appeal process where I asked and he didn’t know anything about it. We didn’t have much contact to prepare and when we did he was always rushing through because he had another case scheduled or an appointment with someone else which led me to believe he’s not very organized. I’m disappointed for sure and will go through the appeal process on my own. I wish I represented myself from the start
