Took my dog in as we was coughing up blood. The staff took him in immediately and treated him promptly. Very professional and kind to my pet. Thank you.

I had to take my dog, Teddi, to VEG ER at 2am early Friday morning and was immediately seen by Dr. Tagaban and the staff. They were so kind, thoughtful and empathetic during the whole interaction as well all follow-up conversations. We also had the pleasure of having Dr. Burnham take care of Teddi and can truly say we had nothing but great experiences here. We live all the way in West Seattle but the trip was worth it to Federal Way because we know Teddi was well taken care of.
Took amazing care of my pooch. Offered me a room if I wanted to spend the night with her. Would highly reccomend.

I want to thank Dr. Raluca Anghel, our nurse Raquel, and the rest of the clinic staff. They were all wonderful, and the care they provided for my baby, Lulu, was incredible. Lulu arrived in a very weak state, suffering from vomiting and bloody diarrhea; both she and I were very frightened. Thanks to the care she received, they were able to stabilize her, and she is doing well now, thanks to the medical treatment provided. I recommend this place 100% because it’s clear that their primary focus is the health of our pets. They truly love their work, and that shows in the way they treat the animals. Thank you again to Dr. Raluca and to Raquel, who was with us the whole time, explaining everything. My Lulu is doing better now! 🫶🏼♥️

I called them and right away. They transferred me to a physician within minutes. I was able to get answers to understand if what I was dealing with was an emergency what to look out and monitor for and saved me a visit to the vet at night. I highly recommend! every other vet ER I called would not talk to me over the phone or help me!! 10 out of 10 and I didn’t even physically go there. I would go there moving forward if I ever needed to.

This is one of the most compassionate and accommodating emergency veterinary hospitals I have experienced. I came in with my dog and received the devastating news that she has cancer. During one of the most difficult and emotional situations we could have imagined, the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make sure my dog received the best possible care while also showing kindness and compassion toward us. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Marti, Dr. Anderson, and nurses Cris, Raquel, and Nair, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about each of them. They were patient, caring, attentive, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. It was very clear that my dog wasn't just another patient to them—they genuinely cared about her comfort and well-being. Receiving a cancer diagnosis for your pet is heartbreaking, but having such an incredible team caring for my dog made an extremely difficult experience a little easier to get through. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done for my girl and for the compassion they showed. I would recommend this emergency vet without hesitation.

I’ve been here twice with my cat and a foster kitten and they did an amazing job both times. The vet techs are very nice and knowledgeable. The veterinarians are amazing as well. I will continue to come back when I need to! Thanks to the whole staff!

Dr. Anderson and the VEG team were incredibly kind and patient. They explained everything, never made us feel overcharged, and truly cared about our puppy. They even made a place for my mom and little sister to sleep so they could stay with the dog and brought my sister a table to draw on. Like who else does that? 💜💜💜 Nobody asked me to leave a review—I just want others to know this is the place to go in an emergency. Thank you for saving my baby and my sanity! ❤️

I was a nervous wreck. I tried cleaning my bunny with a pair of scissors. Don't ever do that. I snipped him, not realizing I had cut him, and his paper-thin skin tore. I immediately called my vet, but it was too late. They said, "No problem, bring them in," and when I got there, I had my 80-year-old mother with me. They took us into a room, treated us so well, and helped me feel a little better about my mistake. They took care of babykins, my bunny, immediately and treated him so well that I think he wants to go back, haha. Anyway, they're a wonderful unit; they did the examination thoroughly and cleaned them up properly. They cared for the wound very professionally, and he is doing very well now. Besides my lesson, if I or anybody ever has an issue with another pet, I'm taking them there. They're awesome. Thanks, VEG. team
