I want to start by saying after 13 years in construction and 2 years struggling with my first ground up development, to talk to Josue was blessing. All I asked was 10 minutes of the mans time to ask 4-5 questions but what he was 69 minutes of pure gold. I asked for a quick meeting and with out hesitation he send me a link to a pass podcast he did. In the podcast he answer the questions liked I was asking them to him directly. By the time the call came, I let him know the gems he dropped durning the podcast was good enough for me and we didn't have to do the call but, he insisted. Durning the call, he made things very clear for me and let me know he went through the same thing. I can't say enough good things about him in this review but I will say I was close to giving up but because of the human he is, he gave me advice and courage to continue on. Im pretty sure I found the mentor I've been looking for. Thank you Josue
