I dropped my car off Tuesday for repairs. They had everything ready to go and wrapped up by the end of Thursday. This is the third time I've worked with Velocity and I'm grateful to know that any time I have a repair it will be done correctly, look amazing, and will be handled quickly. Great job guys

Unfortunately, my wife hit a deer and it really did a number on the front of the van. She took the car into Velocity a bit shaken up and not knowing next steps. Scott and his team did a fantastic job calming her down, helping her with insurance questions and even helped find a rental car so she could get back home. They checked in with us on the status of the van and after a week it was all fixed up. I flew down on a Saturday and Scott met me on the weekend to hand over the keys and even threw in some shirts. Unbelievable service, genuinely caring and amazing product. I wish I could give more stars. Highly recommend !!!

Super kind and polite staff. They were happy to help and put the customer first. Attention to detail could be improved though. They did a pretty good job but the replaced part was not an exact match thus requiring rework or living with it looking a bit off...

I had a bad experience with a car wash and called around the body shops in Rexburg. Velocity was by far the best. Great customer service and work! My black car was back to its old self scratch free in no time thanks to Gage and the rest of the team!

We hit a deer in our 2023 Tahoe. It ended up doing a lot of damage. Velocity Auto Body in Rexburg, ID was recommended to us. This was the best decision we made and we were not disappointed. They are super nice and extremely helpful. They took great care of us. They worked with our insurance helped us get a rental car, and fixed the Tahoe quickly. They do excellent body and paint work, and our Tahoe looks so amazing. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!
