Went looking for a professional lawyer that'll handle your case with integrity,, I would definitely go Through Martin Zuratda. He was there for me through my whole case To answer all my questions with clarity. His team Made me feel like I was hurt and they showed the compassion I needed to get through this. Abhi Gill kept Complete and very thorough and went out of her wage to make me feel comfortable. This is a lawyer. I would hire again, but I hope I don't need to.

Zero Communication: Previous Attorney Quit Mid-Case Without Warning, Constant Delays, and Disrespectful Staff! ​I hired this firm last Summer 2025. how they conduct business is deeply unprofessional. They take zero accountability, ignore client concerns, and operate like a money grab with excessive 40% fees while showing complete disregard for your well-being. They do not give respect or courtesy to clients. ​Critical issues during my time with them: ​Zero Notice When Staff Quit: I have had two attorneys solely because my first attorney quit. My previous attorney, Francesca Serrano, and case manager, Raquel Herrera, abruptly quit mid-case with zero communication. The firm never gave me the courtesy to let me know my attorney left, forcing me to start over with a new team here. I only found out after experiencing missed meetings and calling the office myself. ​Hostile, Rushed, & Uncaring New Team: After being assigned attorney Abhi Gill, she didn't even send a welcome email. On August 25th, I called to check if they received medical records so I could update them regarding a severe injury connected to my case. Abhi had an attitude and told me she can't just stop and update me every time because she is really busy. When I told her I had just gotten out of the hospital, she didn't show an ounce of empathy or ask how I was doing. ​Unprofessional Gossip & False Claims: I previously spoke with intake specialist Prisila Sanchez to express frustration about case delays and starting over. Priscilla engaged in "he-said, she-said" gossiping and made false claims. by telling Abhi I called my previous attorney a name, which is completely false. I would never disrespect anyone assisting me. When I asked them to review phone recordings for proof, they refused. ​Delays & Retaliation Instead of Accountability: In May at their Walnut Creek office, medical records were promised to be ordered, yet they sat on them until July--taking nearly three months just to request basic records. Case manager Mars Paysinger handled status calls with hostility. When I updated him about my back pain, he claimed he had no knowledge of it. When I asked if he saw my chiropractor treatment, he became hostile and rushed me off the phone because he was caught not knowing basic case facts. I also communicated to him that he is very rude, and he chose to play victim because I advocated for myself respectfully. ​This gossip and misconduct led me to reach out to Mark Venardi and Director Christy. Receptionist Jocelyn explicitly promised Mark Venardi would call me back, but he never did. Instead, today on August 26th, after I requested a new attorney and case manager, they sent an email dropping my case after over a year of dragging it out. I received no apology for Priscilla's false accusations, but my audio recordings prove you cannot trust the team here. They expect to still receive 40% of your settlement for them, prolonging and delaying your case is ridiculous! ​Mark Venardi ignoring his disrespectful staff is the exact reason he lost multiple high-value cases with me. Today, within minutes of receiving their email, I hired a new law firm that charges significantly lower fees, showed genuine care, and marked my cases (involving TWO commercial vehicles and medical malpractice with a big hospital) as high priority--ordering medical records the very same day!! I have always respected all staff with greetings, and excellent mannerism, which I can't say, was reciprocated back to me! Save yourself the stress and run far away from this firm. Don't ever accuse ME of slander and I asked you to go over the recorded calls, because I was looking forward to an apology from the false accusations of your unprofessional staff Prisila and Abhi. Looking at more reviews recently I see that other clients are experiencing the same things that I have. They are losing clients, attorneys and staff left to right. So that should say a lot about what's going on Behind the scenes at this law firm Good riddance!!! I ALSO HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING THAT I STATED!

First the accepted my accident case after 3 months or more they called that we can’t take your case you can go somewhere else v unprofessional act I don’t know how they got this much 5 star rating from don’t waste your money or time here

Mark Venardi, Worked on a Auto Accident case for me. Geico was the company that insured the other drivers car. I was 76 years old at the time and the case dragged on for three years. That is a very long time to wait for an older person. The Geico lawyer played hard ball for all of those years, periodically making very low offers to me. Mark counselled me every step of the way whenever I had my doubt's he made me feel confident again. Mark never gave an inch and just one month before we had scheduled our court case Geico made a much better offer and Mark said no. I fell into a hole, called this organization, and they said they were interested in more details. I sent all the information to Priscila Sanchez, and she didn't respond for three weeks. I called the organization again, and they said they were interested in the case and that I could leave a voicemail…

Very easy to work with they give great advice not pushy and took my lead when I wanted to take a different direction. I would use them for any future personal injury needs.
