Had them scrape and repaint our weather-beaten cedar siding and garage trim. They sealed all the rotten nail holes, primed the bare wood with oil-based primer first, and gave it two solid topcoats that bead water right off during summer downpours. Clean crew, no trash left behind.

We’re glad you’re happy with the results of your cedar siding and garage trim repaint. Our team takes pride in proper surface preparation, including scraping loose paint, sealing nail holes, priming exposed wood, and applying two full coats of quality exterior paint for a durable, long-lasting finish.

prepped and sprayed our kitchen cabinets from dated honey oak to a crisp off-white. took the doors off-site to bake the finish, numbered every hinge, and taped off our appliances so there wasn't a speck of overspray. looks factory done.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the painter's outstanding work. From start to finish (Photo 1: Damage of the ceiling on the Patio, before starting to the work), the painter demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail (Photo 2). The quality of the paintwork is truly impressive Every surface was smooth, even, and flawlessly finished, with no visible brush marks, drips, or uneven patches (Photo 3: The job done). It is clear that the painter takes great pride in their craft and possesses a deep understanding of surface preparation, paint selection, and application techniques.
Moreover, the painter was punctual, well-organized, and respectful of the workspace. They took care to protect floors, furniture, and fixtures, and left the area clean and tidy upon completion. Communication was clear and courteous throughout the project, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.
I would highly recommend this painter to anyone seeking high-quality, reliable, and meticulous work. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every corner of the finished result. It is rare to find such a combination of technical skill, reliability, and genuine care for the customer’s satisfaction.

Thank you so much, Mr. Zhou, for your thoughtful review and for trusting Vences House Painters with your home in Cypress, Texas. It was our pleasure repairing and painting the bathroom, painting the backyard patio ceiling, and staining the front balcony. Excellent! Jay Vences Painting did a phenomenal job! 👏 After calling around other contractors couldn't get out for a free quote soon enough. Jay responded and came out that morning. I wanted my kitchen and living room painted before my husband changed his mind! His crew worked fast, even though I changed my mind about the color of my living room. He politely worked with me to make sure I was happy with my choice of paint. His price was very reasonable. I couldn't pass it up! Bottom line, I would recommend this young man to anyone, and everyone! Looking forward to working with him for my next paint job!
