We were thoroughly disappointed in this antique store. As soon as we opened the door we were hit smack in the face with what smelled like super strong incense. The smell was so incredibly strong that I almost immediately got a headache. We couldn't even browse because of the smell. The only reason I could even imagine they would want to burn such strong incense is because of the rescue cats they are trying to adopt out of the back of the store. We were extremely disappointed.

We are so sorry for your bad experience. The incense is due to the smell of rotten food from a neighboring store. We are not happy with the smell either and have complained repeatedly. Our understanding is they are moving out in the near future and hope the situation will improve.

I WANT to shop here. I’ve tried. I just know there are treasures to be found! The smell though. It’s been unbearable the past two times I stopped in. Covering my face/only making it through half the store bad. Not old stuff smell (I like that one), it’s that rotting stench that permeates and people are talking about it. This is not a candle fix unfortunately, there is something wrong with the new location and it’s sad and the owners have to know. Again, I WANT to shop here but sadly can’t.

So sorry to hear about your smelly experience. Our neighbor which we share a wall has had several rotting food issues due to loss of electricity and failing refrigeration. I promise it is not present most of the time but appreciate you documenting so we can share with our landlord. We are working to address.

This place was really cute. Lots of different booths to look through. I found some cute Christmas items in there that were already reduced. The people working there was very nice. My only complaint is that the parking was really weird and kind of dangerous to back out of.
