Great therapist at this place! Great nurses, and CNAs. We love the people there, thank you for taking great care of our Mother! Joelle, Jesse thanks for being a great Therapists! Margaret and the whole staff there are fantastic!! Thank you Justin for all your hard work and being a great advocate for our Mom. Never think what you do isn't seriously impactful, it is. You are the carers and healers of your community and that's very much needed and so important, all of you. Our Mom came home today. We're happy to have her back. She appreciates all your care of her, and your warmth.

I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation for the staff at Veranda Rehab. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the care and support provided. Activities staff helped providing opportunities for socialization, entertainment, and something positive to look forward to each day. It was clear that the staff put thought and effort into keeping residents engaged. Thank you to everyone at Veranda Rehab for the compassion, hard work, and care you provide. Johana does an amazing job with activities at Veranda! She always keeps the residents engaged and makes sure there are fun things for them to do. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and puts a lot of effort into making activities enjoyable. Veranda is lucky to have her!

Since the day our loved one got to Veranda the service there has been great Elva and the staff have gone above and beyond of what we expected still is but we would like the facility to be able to let him get his TV and sound therapy since he is bed bound it's becoming harder to accommodate him with what he needs I know they will fix this issue not for us but for our loved one.

When I first brought my grandma to the nursing home, I knew very little about the financial process and what to expect. The Business Office Manager took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and guide me through each step with patience and kindness. Because of their expertise, I now have peace of mind knowing that my grandma’s finances are being handled properly and that her insurance coverage is in place while she is receiving care. Their knowledge, professionalism, and compassion made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for our family. I am truly grateful for all of their help and support!!
