Reviewers frequently praise the facility's cleanliness, extensive equipment, and recovery services such as cryotherapy and red light therapy. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, particularly regarding personal training, group classes, and 24-hour access. However, recurring criticisms involve administrative issues, including difficulties with membership cancellations, unresolved billing errors, and unwanted marketing messages. Some patrons also noted passive-aggressive signage regarding guest fees and equipment maintenance concerns.

Passive aggressive, “Rerack weights or we charge you $15 :),” signs everywhere and if you bring a guest at the wrong time a curly haired lady chases you down with henchmen about paying $15. I wont be renewing my annual membership.
All the heavy dumbbells are falling apart and duck taped, there isnt a proper bench press. That’s all, I’m out of complaints. They do offer plenty of equipment and other cool things! Would give it a 3 if i didnt feel berated over bringing a guest. I dont wanna be nickel and dimed, micro managed, or treated like trash instead of the good paying customer that i am.
Good atmosphere, very nice and helpful staff. Ty Verge
Few months after joining Verge opened up a Hyroxs class to its members. I don't feel plateaued in my workouts but more so stuttered a little and after completing week 3 of 6 in the class I can confidently say the trainers have leaped me forward exposing my weaknesses and helping me get to the next phase of training. I strongly recommend looking into joining and seeing whats available to you, the staff is absolutely amazing and the trainers are not messing around. Im not in this for competition I'm in this to find the best version of myself, they are helping me reach that destination 💯 thank you Verge.

Focus: Day Pass! Yay!!
Thanks for offering a day pass ($15 for 24 hrs access at time of review) so I could get a workout in on my work trip. I had everything I needed to do the workout from the lifting program I'm currently following. I appreciate the quick answer on the IG account about this, too!
Bathrooms were clean. Overall, the gym and machines were clean and functional.

A really great gym. I stopped in on a business trip and am very glad I chose to come here. It has everything you could want and more. Unique equipment you wont find at most gyms, staff were great, clean, not overcrowded, massage chairs, red light room, and more. Highly recommend Verge if you are looking for a gym.
