I had a great experience with Vertex. Working with Devin was amazing. Pricing was fair and work was excellent. Vertex replaced the roof and installed leaf guard on the gutters. They really go the extra mile. Examples: During tear off tarps were put around the building to catch the old roofing falling on the ground. They also painted all the vent pipes on the roof to match the shingles. I will definitely use them again.
Vertex is great! I have helped multiple clients put new roofs on their homes and have flipped homes where I needed new roofs. This has given me the opportunity to review multiple roofing bids and work with multiple roofers. Vertex does quality work and uses the best shingles. They've always done a great job at a very competative price.

Chris was there within 24 hours of the call and did not charge me for diagnosing the leak. No high pressure sales tactics. Upon asking if the roof needed required replacing or was old he said it looked fine. He was honest that the leak just required a window flashing. Thank you Vertex and Chris.
Deducted a star for mis-represention of facts on who preforms requested service. Deducted a star for lying to me when confronted. Deducted a star for deflecting the blame back to me. Claiming I ignored or never mentioned a number of my customers key requirements. Deducted a star for how this exchange made me feel. 1⭐️ for being knowledgeable, presentation skills, and professional in appearance. I feel like this is not the normal for this company. I would not have selected them as a possible candidate if I thought otherwise.

Excellent experience with TJ.
Very impressed with pricing and quality. Team was efficient, careful in removing old roof to not damage plants and trees, dropping materials in trailer on driveway. They were quick to reply to questions, showed me tradeoffs between different shingles and never did a pressure sell. Best quality for the price I could find. Definitely at least check them out.
