I love Vertical Elegance! I love the workers as much as their quality, customer service and affordable charge. I had a very old complicated 6 foot wide spider web horizontal string blind that badly needed restringing and no longer worked. I was thinking this mess will be rejected. Not at Vertical Elegance whom happily took on the challenge and it now works like it’s brand new in our daughter’s bedroom. My new go to place from now on. Ask for Robin, my favorite new friend!

Vertical Elegance did a wonderful job with the purchase and installation of my blinds. Hunter Douglas kept deferring shipment - took 6 months but it was not Nelson's fault and he kept me informed. I am so glad I stuck it out - the fabric is exactly what I wanted. I have the blinds scheduled to open and close on the ap now - so cool! Really love the product. Installation went smoothly.

When we were thinking about new window coverings for our home, we phoned Vertical Elegance. Nelson came to the house with a variety of sample books and a wealth of knowledge about the products. He answered our questions, showed us how one type of shade is different from another - including the different choices on how to get the shades up and down. There was no hard sell, just useful information. We are looking forward to seven new window coverings being installed next month, and highly recommend Vertical Elegance! Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and able to help me match very old existing blinds. The installation was handled very quickly and absolutely zero mess was left behind. New blinds are beautiful and I will be having more installed later in the year. I would recommend to anyone wanting exceptional local service!
