I will never go to anyone else for this. They were so clean and efficient. They went the extra mile to make my fireplace the way they would have their own. And he took time to explain a few things to me as a new homeowner. Chimney is spick and span and I feel more prepared to keep it that way. Thank you Veteran Chimney Sweep!
Thank you so much!
We had a great experience with Veteran Chimney Sweep. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Not only does our chimney look better than new, but they also left our living room spotless, no soot, dust, or mess at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, thorough job!
Thanks so much!
They wouldn't even do our chimney sweep because we had an insert (even if we removed it) do they did not get our business.
We very politely stated that we do not service wood burning inserts. Our insurance policy prohibits us from servicing inserts.
Al came by and did a great job inspecting and cleaning our fireplace/chimney. He also installed new caps for us and went over items needing some work in the future. We’ll be using veteran chimney sweep in the spring for some maintenance/repair work. Thank you!
On time, efficient and professional! The fireplace looks brand new and there is not a speck of soot or dirt anywhere in the living room. Easy to work with company and excellent service
Thank you!

Thanks so much
Veteran Chimney did an excellent job cleaning my chimney and wood-burning fireplace. They were prompt and efficient. The representative was very communicative and informed me about the necessary repairs for my chimney. I appreciated that they sent me a picture and a video to show where the damage was located. They did not pressure me to get it fixed right away. Their customer service was outstanding. I will be calling them again for chimney service in the spring. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks so much!
Great customer service with scheduling, great service when they showed up. Got what I needed to repair my chimney, will use again.
Thanks so much!
AL just left after doing a chimney inspection & sweep. He took his time to show and explain all the chimney things I would need to know as a new homeowner. He left detail notes and estimates for future repairs. It can be daunting to find good service people & companies that are not trying to take advantage of the less knowledgeable homeowner and or trying to sign you up for some service you do not need. 10/10 will be using Veterans Chimney Sweep for all my fireplace need. Thanks Al!
Thank so much for the kind words!
