I spoke with Mica from the scheduling team. She was rude and unprofessional. She had no customer service skills and did not answer all of my questions. I decided not to schedule an appointment because of her rudeness.

I am posting this review to document my experience with Veterans Garage Door and to request a fair resolution.
I have three garage doors. One required urgent repair, while another was fully functional when the technician arrived. The technician recommended replacing the rollers on the working door as preventive maintenance, and I agreed based on his professional recommendation.
While performing that work, I watched the technician repeatedly hammer and force the garage-door track to remove the rollers. He then used the hammer again to bend the track back into position. The manner in which this was done was extremely concerning.
Before the technician worked on this door, it opened and closed normally. After he completed the work, the door would no longer open.
The technician’s response was that he did not touch the motor. However, that does not address the central issue: the door was fully functional immediately before he forced and hammered its tracks, and it stopped functioning immediately after that work.
I am not claiming to know which specific component failed. I am simply documenting what I personally observed and the condition of the door before and after the service. I do not believe I should be charged a service fee for work that left a previously functioning garage door inoperable.
I have attached the invoice to document the service. I am asking Veterans Garage Door to waive the service charge and take responsibility for returning the door to the working condition it was in before the technician serviced it. I believe that would be the fair and honorable resolution.

I have been using Veteran Garage Door for years and I highly recommend them. Josh from Veteran Garage Door Came out today because I was having issues with the sun hitting the sensors on my garage door, preventing it from closing. He Explained this happens overtime. He gave me different options and all would actually save me some money. I opted for the sensor replacement. He had the job complete within 15 minutes. Excellent work.
