We are beyond grateful for the care our Frenchie Benny received from Dr. Fernand and his team. Our Frenchie is a special-needs boy with a cleft palate, so his soft palate repair was something we approached with a lot of concern and understandably felt he was a more fragile and complicated case. The care, expertise, and compassion we received throughout the entire process meant so much to us. The difference in him since surgery has been incredible. He is truly a whole different dog! He has so much more energy, is happier and more playful, and is finally able to enjoy life in a way we hadn’t seen before. Watching him thrive after everything he has been through is incredibly rewarding. We are so thankful that we trusted him with Dr. Fernand. I am beyond happy with my experience! The doctor truly came to my fur baby’s rescue and was able to perform surgery the very same day he saw him. I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly he stepped in and took care of him. He seems to be recovering really well. Although he is still limping a little, I can already see that he’s healing and making progress. I’m extremely pleased with the doctor, his care, and the entire experience. I would 100% recommend him to anyone whose fur baby is dealing with orthopedic issues. I’m so thankful we found him! ❤️🐾

My pet Devi a Belgian Malanois ate an entire whole avocado, which caused a severe and terrifying intestinal obstruction. Despite it being short notice, they didn't hesitate for a second. They stepped right in, acted with incredible urgency, and performed emergency surgery to remove the obstruction. The Dr. Fernand and Zak were absolute heroes. They kept me updated throughout the incredibly stressful process, showing immense compassion, professionalism, and skill. Thanks to their quick thinking and expertise, my Devi is completely recovered and back to her happy self. Dr. Fernand saved my dog’s life. My dog underwent liver shunt surgery, and the care, professionalism, and compassion we received were exceptional. Our 3-year-old Frenchie, Axel, suffered an emergency slipped disc (IVDD) on Monday. By Tuesday, he was in severe pain and completely paralyzed in his hind legs. In a moment of total desperation, I found Dr. Robert Fernand, and he immediately took charge of Axel's care. He had us bring Axel to Cooper City Animal Clinic at 8 AM on Wednesday for a CT scan and emergency surgery. Despite Axel losing deep pain sensation—a critical stage of IVDD—Dr. Fernand performed a successful surgery and saved his legs. Axel is now recovering beautifully and is already walking again! The care was exceptional, the progress is amazing, and the pricing for the entire procedure was extremely fair. My wife and I cannot thank Dr. Fernand and the Cooper City Animal Clinic team enough. They gave Axel a new lease on life. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fernand was amazing. I called him the morning I found out my dog had multiple slipped disc and was experiencing weakness to the back legs. My dog ended up needing a Hemilaminectomy. We were quickly booked for a CT and received surgery later that evening. He explained everything so well and checked on my fur baby frequently after surgery. I’m so happy that my dog has regained full strength and is walking with no issues!

Dr. Fernand is God sent!! My dog had unexpectedly fallen and had gotten a fracture that needed surgery. In 24 hrs he was able to see me and schedule my dog’s surgery for the next day!! He was also so patient with me and educated me on the entire procedure. If you want an efficient surgeon that communicates and also cares about what he does do not hesitate to contact him!! I don’t trust many doctors but everything was very smooth and easy with Dr. Fernand. We still have recovery to get through but im enthusiastic about the end results. Thank you so much!!!

Dr Fernand is a God send! My pup had a bladder stone blocking his ability to urinate which meant an urgent surgery was needed. I was quoted absurd surgery costs from multiple vets including our regular vet office but Dr Fernand offered the procedure at a humane and reasonable cost. He , like the other vets, knew we were in an emergency situation with our baby but he did not take advantage of us during this hard time. He had us meet him at a local vet office and performed the surgery. My pup came home same day and healed perfectly. Dr Fernand was so loving that on our post up visit my pup just cuddled with him! I would 100000% recommend anyone to Dr. Fernand! My dog had a mass that grew so fast within a span of a few months and I was looking EVERYWHERE to find a place where they can help me. I ended up finding Dr. Fernand and he went above and beyond! From the consultation, to his blood transfusion, and surgery, Dr. Fernand and his team made sure my dog was in good hands. He gave my family and I hope on getting my dog back to himself! He treated us with kindness and answered all of the question I had. I would trust him with any of my pets!
