I really wanted to put the guys name out here but I wont. The first call from these people was good. Since then communication was poor. When i picked my copies , the guy said he will send me a link to put a review UNTIL there was an issue. When I reviews the copies, i realized i was missing a paragraphy so I went back to the store to get it resolve. And I was faced with a defensive, unprofession attitude I have ever had from as a customer, and mind you, as a nurse i faced a lot of different aptients but this guys attidue eas terrible. He made this statement "Thats why i dont like doing this stuff". We went back and forth and i finally requeated for the copies to be done over becasue i needed it for my moms funweral the next day. He said it will be rady by 8 or 9 pm, I drove to the place and called him multiple times wit no answer so i drove back home , and that when he called me back to say it was ready. Never going back to this place, terrible attitute, and here I was trying to reccomend my healthcare workers there for all their printd, NEVER.

Extremely disappointing experience with Vibrant. I called to place a printing order and was asked to send all the details so they could discuss it with the boss. It took 3 days just to get a response, and when I finally asked if I could come in that day, I was told, “My boss is not here, I’m not sure.” For a simple printing order, this level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, looking at my experience, I’m surprised by the ratings—they almost seem self-sponsored because they don’t reflect the level of service I received at all.

For all custom printing orders, our standard policy is to collect a 50% deposit before production begins. This allows us to confirm the order, schedule the work, and purchase or allocate the necessary materials. Since we had not received the required deposit or final confirmation from you, production had not yet begun. We understand that timely communication is important, and we apologize if our business hours, ordering process, and deposit policy were not communicated clearly. Update: Even though they have responded to this review looking to resolve the issue, they have not responded to my emails. They don’t intended on making it right. See full review below: Extremely disappointing experience. Before taking my order, this company promised a 24-hour turnaround. Every time I called for an update, I was told someone would call me back within a few minutes, but no one ever did. It has now been over 30 hours, and the order is still not ready. Even the front desk employee acknowledged that the situation was handled poorly and that my time had been wasted. Based on my experience, they will say whatever it takes to secure the sale and then fail to communicate or honor the timeline they promised. Save yourself the frustration and find another company. This was not worth the headache.
