Disappointing experience. The service did not meet expectations, and there were noticeable issues with responsiveness and attention to detail. I would not trust them again.
Vigilant Private Security has been a strong addition to our Dallas project while work is still ongoing. The officers understand the pace of an active site and adjust patrols as materials, equipment, and crews move throughout the day. Entry points are monitored closely, and after-hours coverage has prevented the kind of disruptions that delay progress. Since bringing them on, the site feels more controlled and organized, which has helped keep everything moving on schedule.

Our Dallas shopping center had ongoing issues with aggressive panhandling that were starting to affect customers and tenants. We brought in Vigilant Private Security for patrol services, and the change was noticeable within the first few weeks. The officers stay mobile, engage respectfully, and enforce boundaries without escalating situations. Foot traffic feels more comfortable now, tenant complaints have decreased, and the overall atmosphere is far more welcoming than it was before.

As someone overseeing a busy shopping center in Dallas, Vigilant Private Security has made crowd flow and after-hours control far easier to manage. Officers stay visible near key entrances, coordinate well with tenants, and address minor issues before they impact customers. Weekend coverage has been especially smooth, with fewer complaints and better rule enforcement.
