Very thorough and helpful! We don’t mind a Spider Dave or two, but it was getting ridiculous. This house has had bees, critters, you name it. Viking pest has saved the day. They really make our cats look bad!!!

⭐️ **1-Star Review – Viking Pest Control**
Viking Pest Control took over my termite contract from my previous company, and unfortunately, the service has gone downhill ever since.
There have been repeated issues with inspections. On one occasion, the technician didn’t even know I had termite stations in the back of my property. Another year, stations were left above ground, creating a tripping hazard, and I had to call them back to correct it. It seems that almost every year I have had to contact the company to fix something that should have been handled during the initial service.
While the office has acknowledged some of these mistakes, that doesn’t change the frustration of continually having to follow up. I finally had an excellent technician, but Viking never sent the same person twice.
On top of the inconsistent service, the annual fees keep increasing. When I called to express my concerns about the pricing, the office manager’s attitude was dismissive and, in my opinion, arrogant. That interaction was the final reason I decided to take my business elsewhere.
**Mistakes happen, but consistent service and respectful customer care matter. Unfortunately, I no longer feel Viking provides either.**
