I was very impressed with how Viking Plumbing responded to my urgency in need of a bathroom remodel. I never worked with them before but was inspired by the plumbers they sent,Brian and Wyatt, for I saw how they took such great pride in their workmanship and also how Viking works as a team to support not only there customers but also there own plumbers. I’m a long term customer of Viking Plumbing. Why I rely on them: Always reliable, prompt and honest about the work needed and what it will cost.Today Shaun fixed my leaky basement utility sink faucet and gave me his honest advice about repair versus replacement. When it IS time to replace it, I’ll call Viking again!

Viking Plumbing has always given exceptional results when I call. Appointments can be made in a timely manner. The service techs are knowledgeable, courteous and explain all the steps of the service. I highly recommend Viking.
Viking did an exceptional job replacing our shower stall. Austin oversaw our project from design through installation to completion. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. Tyler and Jason were both courteous and highly professional. We had numerous quotes and Viking was not the highest or the lowest. We were more than satisfied with what we paid for the products used, and finished product.
Prompt, efficient service completing all requested tasks. The team was polite and left room neat and clean.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I scheduled an appointment to have my water heater diagnosed. The technician arrived, stated the obvious—that the unit wasn’t working—and immediately pushed a full replacement.
When I asked for an actual diagnosis of the issue, the technician told me they don't even service my brand of water heater. Despite having no intention or ability to troubleshoot or repair the unit, they still billed me a $79 dispatch/diagnostic fee.
Charging a customer a diagnostic fee when you cannot service the unit should have been caught during booking. Complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend their services.
The person answering the phone is extremely rude and hard to understand because all the background noise. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I’m glad I didn’t hire
