Received a quote for a small single level home. Ended up being charged $420 for an almost average cleaning job. Predatory to the elderly. Never again!
I am currently trying to locate your information in our system, but I have been unable to find your records or the specific date the work was performed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for your dissatisfaction with both the quality of the work and the final cost. Please note that we offer a 24-hour window during which our team will return to address any issues at no extra charge. Regarding the pricing, had a complaint been filed at the time, we would have been happy to reach a mutually agreeable solution. Typically, when a new client is looking for quotes online, we always provide an hourly rate and never charge for more time than we actually work.
Great cleaning service!
They’re very nice to work with and willing to be flexible with my schedule which is always changing. They’re understanding of our personal circumstances and we’ve enjoyed working with them for several years. It’s nice to walk into a clean place after they’ve left!

Coming home to a deep cleaned house. Smells clean, but not a chemical smell. Every inch of the house was picked up, clean and neat. Such a wonderful experience after a long work week. My floors have never been so shiny and clean. So glad to have this service and a team that is so thorough.
