Technician arrived on schedule. He treated the areas needed. Hopefully, we will be free of carpenter bees for most of the summer(fingers crossed). Pricing for the service was reasonable, with no contract commitment necessary.
The guy arrived on time, and with a smile. Listened to me, then covered the problem areas that I mentioned, plus many more I had not idea about. It was a positive experience, recommend.
