I used to frequently go here. But after my last experience I will never go again. I booked a massage but unfortunately got severe Covid and could not attend. I gave them advance notice (more than 24 hours) that I wanted to reschedule/refund. They texted back saying that rescheduling any time in the future is fine. Later on, due to persisting symptoms, I request a refund instead. Suddenly the manager says they don’t have any records of the appointment and refuses to provide any refund. Even though I have copies of the receipt, booking confirmation, and text conversations we had regarding the appointment. I am owed the refund according to their own refund policies. But instead they only give excuses and string me along for months. NEVER AGAIN
