What should have been a relatively simple and common issue turned into months of unnecessary suffering for our dog and hundreds of dollars spent on allergy medications, injections, and treatments that ultimately did nothing to resolve the problem. Despite being explicitly told that our dog was not on flea prevention, the staff dismissed fleas as the cause and instead pursued allergy-related treatments. What makes this especially frustrating is that multiple other veterinarians were able to recognize the likely cause as fleas almost immediately, some simply from pictures sent over text. Once the fleas were properly addressed, the symptoms completely resolved. I understand that veterinary medicine isn’t an exact science, but overlooking something as common as fleas, especially when the dog wasn’t on flea prevention, is difficult to justify. It’s incredibly frustrating knowing how much money was spent and how long our dog suffered when the solution ended up being so simple. This experience has left us seriously questioning the quality of care and judgment at this practice. I would not recommend them.

I have 2 cats both with different issues that require me to bring them more than I would like 🤣 Dr. Laura and her staff are nothing short of amazing. On so many different occasions when I was at my wits end, Dr. Laura thought outside of the box and found a solution. They will answer any questions you have, and are always transparent with you from start to finish. Both of my cats love the staff here. Seriously, could not recommend them enough! ♥️

They also don't hold what you don't know over your head, which is important to me. My pug, ancient as she is, and my kitten both are treated here, and I refuse to go anywhere else.

We started calling vets offices yesterday about heartworm testing and rabies vaccines and found a huge difference in prices and the level of caring. From our first phone call With Cassie to the completed appointment with Dr. Godley, We were thrilled with the level of knowledge and patience from everyone we came in contact. They were the only ones that we could find that had the 3-year rabies vaccine and their prices were reasonable. This is our new vet.
