Disappointing and Costly Experience in a Child Custody Case I am sharing my experience with this attorney in hopes of helping other parents make informed decisions when choosing legal representation, especially in matters as serious and emotionally difficult as child custody. I paid a significant amount of money for legal representation with the expectation that my case would receive the attention, preparation, and diligence it deserved. Unfortunately, I was left deeply disappointed and concerned about how my case was handled. In my experience, critical information and evidence that I believed could have played an important role in restoring custody of my child did not receive the attention or consideration I expected. I felt that important opportunities to present relevant facts were overlooked, despite the seriousness of what was at stake. The financial burden wasn't nearly as costly as the emotional impact of feeling that my child’s future was not adequately advocated for was far greater. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a particular outcome in a custody case. However, I believe clients deserve thorough preparation, careful consideration of relevant evidence, clear communication, and diligent advocacy, particularly when a parent-child relationship is at stake. Based on my personal experience, I was not satisfied with the level of representation I received, especially considering the legal fees involved. I strongly encourage parents facing custody disputes to ask detailed questions about their attorney’s strategy, how evidence will be evaluated and presented, and how their concerns will be addressed before making such a significant financial and emotional commitment. When your relationship with your child is on the line, every relevant fact deserves careful attention.

Pues a mí se me hacen unos abusivos lo que hacen cobrarte $150 por atenderte una llamada si puedes arreglar o no si puedes arreglar está bien pero si no puedes arreglar ellos como quiera te quitan $150 lo que hacen es un abuso por como están ahorita las leyes con los inmigrantes pero ahí hay un Dios que todo lo ve
