I usually don't post the reviews. But this time, I have to say out loud that they deserve 5 star review. They have the most reasonable price I know of. The quality of the windows frame and the reflective double panel glasses are outstanding. The windows installers are on time, kind and very professional. They took pride in doing the job and best of all they cleaned up after work. If you ever intend to have your windows replaced, try them, you won't be disappointed.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! I shopped around, and their pricing was incredibly competitive compared to other local quotes. I appreciated that the contract included absolutely everything upfront, so there were no unexpected costs later. On installation day, the crew completed on time . They were extremely professional, worked clean, and showed great attention to detail. I love my new windows!
Professional service, they installed all windows in a single day, cleaned up after themselves. The look of my house changed dramatically. Would recommend them for their work. Karem was very accommodating.
Excellent service from beginning to end. The team was amicable, communicative, and accommodating throughout the process. I needed all windows in my home replaced and they were able to knock it out in a day for a great price. The new windows look excellent!
Initially they were great. I had met with sales person to go over my needs and he had carefully answered all my questions and concerns. After going through several vendors, I decided to go with this company as they had offered the best offer (10 white windows for $4999). These windows were not hurricane rated but were high efficiency. Windows were installed quickly and so far has held up fine. I was told that screens would be installed shortly later as they were out at that time. I paid them the balance with the promise screens would be delivered and install several weeks later. A month or so pass and no one called back. In the several months since, I’ve called them couple of times about this. Each time the CS that answered seem rather annoyed and gave me answer that was backordered or some other lame excuse that I will be put in priority. It is now 4+ months and no one has made any initiative to update me on this matter. I have received exactly zero (0) follow up calls from this company. I have still not yet receive the screens as promised.
Update. It was only after posting this review did I finally get any response and follow up. My screens were installed in a day. Project manager apologized profusely for the error. Company appears to want to rectify their mistakes.
Very satisfied with the quality and service. The windows look amazing, and the installation was done professionally and on time. I would definitely recommend them.
