Google reviewers rate VIP Homes 4.5 out of 5 based on 53 reviews. Customers frequently praise the builder for constructing high-quality semi-custom homes, maintaining responsive communication throughout the design and construction phases, and providing ongoing service support after move-in. While most highlight the ease of customization and professional guidance, a small number of low-star reviews cite poor workmanship and a lack of responsiveness to necessary repairs.

We went through the whole process of building our home through VIP Homes, and it was a pleasure working with Deborah and Evelyn, the owner. They were very hands-on throughout the entire process. Our experience was smooth and amazing, and we were guided in a professional manner with patience when choosing everything appropriately to meet our needs.

Thank you, Transito. We are so glad to read this. Hands-on is what we aim for, especially during selections, when a lot of decisions come at you at once and patience matters more than speed. Congratulations on the new home, and thank you for trusting us to build it.
Ive lived in my VIP home for 6 years now and am really still so very happy!! We had an awesome experience building with them and the quality of my home is great! As a very active Realtor in Queen Creek, I see all levels of quality when it comes to builders. VIP Homes does it right!

Six years in and still happy is the review we care most about, Jessica — that's the point where construction quality either holds up or doesn't. Coming from a Realtor who walks other builders' homes every week, it carries extra weight. Thank you, and it's always good to see you out in Queen Creek.
We were living in another state when we purchased our new home build in Queen Creek. We were very impressed with the process they used to make it home buyer friendly. The end result of our new home is more than we imagined. Can't say enough good things about everyone we worked with. They also follow up even after a year to make sure everything is working well. We would sure build again with them!

Building from out of state takes real trust, Debra, and we don't take that lightly. We're glad the process held up from a distance and that the finished home went beyond what you pictured. The one-year follow-up is standard for us — a house tells you more after a full cycle of Arizona seasons. We'd build with you again anytime.
We moved into our semi-custom home built by VIP in 2023, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. As with any new build, there were a few bumps along the way, but VIP was always responsive and followed through to make things right. Fortunately, none of the issues were major. From the design phase through construction and move-in, the entire team worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. We absolutely love our home and would confidently recommend VIP to anyone considering building with them.

Thank you for the honest review, Jennifer. There are almost always a few bumps on a build, and we would rather be judged on how we handle them than pretend they don't happen. Glad we followed through for you. Enjoy the home, and thank you for the recommendation.
We are very pleased with the choice we've made to have VIP build our dream home. They did a fantastic job and it has been a great experience working with them.

Thank you, Mitch. "Dream home" is the entire point of what we do, and we're glad the experience lived up to it. Congratulations from all of us at VIP.
We had a few hiccups at the beginning, but thankfully Joyce stepped in and made all the difference. She, her husband, and their son Seth have been incredibly kind, helpful, and valuable throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we wanted. We truly appreciate the whole VIP Homes team and highly recommend them!

Thank you for being fair about the rough start, Zahra. Not every move-in begins smoothly, and what matters is who steps up when it doesn't — Joyce and Seth will be glad to hear the difference they made for you. We appreciate you sticking with us, and we hope the home serves you well.
It’s now been almost 8 years since we moved into our custom built VIP home and everything has been great. A few minor problems that the sub contractors or VIP Service Department took care of in reasonable time. We would do this adventure again with VIP. Thanks again for everything.

Eight years is the timeline that actually tells you something about a builder, John — thank you for coming back to say so. We'll pass this along to the Service Department. And we'd gladly do the adventure again with you too.
We love the home that VIP built, with any home there are flaws. So far most people from VIP have been great to work with. They have made to fix and correct anything in the house that needs fixed. I am giving VIP 4 stars because I have not had a great experience with Travis Senseman. He is rude and not helpful. Like with any builder you will have pros and cons when building the home. It did take a long time with delays on building the home. Some of that was due to shortage of building material etc.

Our house was completely custom built and we worked with their entire team every step of the way as they ensured that every detail was considered.

Nancy, our apologies that your kind review didn't come to our attention until now — but we couldn't let it go unacknowledged. Building your fully custom home with you was a joy, and we're so glad the team's attention to detail came through. Thank you for trusting VIP, and we hope you're loving every day in your home. — The VIP Homes Team
They were honest about what works and doesn’t in a home and steered us away from items that would have cost more but not necessarily added value to the overall build.
