We’ve had individual cleaners and several different companies clean our 3,000 sq. Ft. house but none as efficiently and throughly as the crew from Home Clean Heroes. I would recommend a this company.

Extremely disappointing experience. For a cleaning service charging $220+ per visit, I expected consistent, thorough cleaning and, at minimum, basic care/respect for my home and belongings. Unfortunately, neither occurred. The cleaning quality was repeatedly below expectations. Basic tasks explicitly stated in their brochures, like dusting light fixtures and shutters were frequently missed. My vacuum was left out instead of being returned to its storage area, and I repeatedly had to remind different crews to remove their shoes or wear shoe covers. Despite explaining all of that during the initial consultation, I am choosing to believe the crews were never told these requests rather than blatantly disregarding my asks. The lack of communication between the office and the cleaning teams is obvious. But the final straw was my vintage Italian tea cart being damaged by the cleaning crew while vacuuming. Yes, it was already delicate and had a crack, but it had survived multiple moves, including being transported on a cargo ship halfway around the world, without additional damage. The force needed to break the entire ledge of the cart completely off was huge. While I appreciated their attempts to address the cleaning quality issues and their offer of a complimentary cleaning (respectfully, having them return to clean is the LAST thing I’d ever want), I am extremely disappointed that throughout our email correspondence, no one ever acknowledged or addressed the damage to my tea cart. I have no confidence in this company and would never recommend them.

Home Clean Heroes is a great cleaning service. The office staff is responsive and willing to help with any scheduling issues you may have. The cleaners do an awesome job and with at least 2 people they get it done in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend Home Clean Heroes!!!

HARASSMENT. I was really excited to use their cleaning services in the future - however - ever since I filled out the questionnaire, I have been nonstop harassed by these people. They literally WILL NOT leave me alone. I’ve already had to block 6 different phone numbers and receive at least 10 calls a day, many times 3 back to back. Way to scare off a potential customer.

My house was so clean and the team was very kind and punctual, even on a holiday weekend. Their care and kindness was very apparent and appreciated. I don’t have a huge budget for cleaning, but I need the extra help and I felt like a huge burden lifted off my shoulders knowing I didn’t waste it on a company who doesn’t care about their results. Everything was spotless and I’m excited to keep working with HCH.
