I had a very positive experience with Vision Appliance Repair. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue with my appliance. What I appreciated most was the honesty. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they provided an honest assessment and suggested that replacing the appliance would be the better option. It’s refreshing to find a company that focuses on helping the customer make the best decision rather than trying to oversell a service. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
Technician (Kal) Was knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the gasket on the subzero fridge and pointed out some precautions we could take to extend It’s already long life. His explanations were clear the finished job was great And we decided it was worthwhile to make (and scheduled) some small repairs to our wolfe range and freezer, despite their age today’s repair was clearly worthwhile and Kal was so professional but easy and great to work with.
Vision was terrific when my dishwasher started throwing error messages. They quickly schedule a visit who took only 20-30 minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue without a major repair. Their $99 service call fee is all I paid.
Vision Appliance Repair did a great job fixing our fridge. They were efficient, diagnosed the issue correctly, and the fridge is now working well. Easy to schedule, easy to pay, easy to work with. I recommend.
