My wife and I, chose Vision Event Co. as they were a preferred vendor of our venue. We questioned whether or not we needed a planner, or if we did - how long did we need the planner/coordinator (day of? 3-month? Full-time?). We decided on the 3-month as our justification was that we wanted to know our coordinator more than just a few weeks before the day of our event. At first, we were skeptical of allowing a stranger into our planning, would we be a match of styles? Would they appreciate all of the DIY creations my wife had taken on, or would they simply want us to spend more? Would we simply like the person? But very quickly we realized how GREAT this company is. We were assigned Laura and what an absolute gem of a planner, coordinator, and truly an overall A+ person. From the first meeting to all of our late night texts, nit-picking, and outlandish ideas - Laura handled EVERYTHING with class and grace and made wedding planning so much easier than what everyone says it can be. A week before, we had our final call, and Laura said "now its time to relax" - and although that was nearly impossible, her message was simple - "Stop worrying - WE GOT THIS". And that message carried to the day of our wedding. From the beginning of the day, handling the nerves and "herding the cats" - Laura and her colleagues Katie and Grace were expectational. They handled VIPs, our rambunctious bridal party, and the other vendors perfectly. Most importantly - they handled our DIY set up, EXACTLY how we wanted it. Laura and her team made it felt like they truly cared about our wedding, while simultaneously not taking over in a way to is hard to describe - they were not overbearing, or in front of our faces constantly as you often hear planners/coordinators can be - they were PERFECT. We worked with Abby and Daniella to coordinate the three months leading up to our wedding and it was literally the best investment we made in our wedding night. Abby was our main point of contact. She was so organized and responsive and helped us anticipate what we did not even know what to expect. On the day of her entire team was the picture of serenity and kept us calm and organized and managed our families so seamlessly. Even our guests commented on how amazing our planners were given how smoothly the entire night went. They had a solution to everything that popped up whether it was getting out a last minute stain from my tuxedo 30 minutes before the first look or ensuring my wife had a straw for her iced coffee. They were so fun to be around on our big day and made literally all the difference. I can't express how grateful I am that we brought on Vision to help execute our nonprofit gala. After two years of doing everything in house we knew that we needed to bring in professional event help if we wanted our gala to continue to grow. Vision’s logistic and creative expertise took the event to the next level. They managed all vendors, the run of show, and guest management logistics, allowing our stretched-thin development team to focus on fundraising before and during the event. They were a phenomenal sounding board and it was a relief to be working with a team that we trusted had the experience to guide us in our decision making. It was an absolute pleasure working with Daniela and Colleen, both of who were communicative, quick to answer questions and concerns via phone, email, and text, and who went above and beyond to join us with short notice at various meetings with our board and host committees. They also helped us negotiate some surprise costs with our venue and A/V service (both of whom we signed contracts with before bring Vision on board - definitely a mistake!). I'm looking forward to working with the Vision team again for our 2026 gala, and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Words cannot express how wonderful Daniela, and her team were in helping coordinate my daughter and sons-in-law's wedding. The day before the wedding, (after planning for a year and a half, down to every last detail for 170 guests), there was an issue with our venue. And it needed to be changed... Of course, I didn't sleep a second the night before with this "minor" hiccup, but Daniela and her team moved mountains to get our daughter down the aisle at a different venue. Everyone stayed calm and focused. Daniela sprang into action and every detail for the wedding was beautiful, magical and fun. It was as if our wedding was meant to be at the new venue all the time. Our guests were in awe of how wonderful and gorgeous the wedding was and commented that no one would even know that it wasn't meant to be at Chelsea Pier 60 from the start. Besides the actual wedding, my daughter and I had so much fun on our weekly zoom meetings with Daniela and the walk throughs. We love and adore Daniela and highly recommend her company. Laura is an amazing planner - we can't thank her enough for helping our wedding day come to life! She is a wonderful positive person to work with and extremely detail oriented. We had check ins every couple weeks to go over any items to our timeline. She would answer all of our questions and send over summaries of what we had discussed. She really grounded us from what could have been an overwhelming amount of information for planning a wedding. Instead we were very excited and looking forward to it the whole way through! Day of the wedding, we had a change of plans due to the weather and had to move the ceremony and dancing indoors. But everything was so seamless with her coordination. We were so happy and wouldn't have changed anything. It was our biggest pleasure and luck for us to have worked with Laura. When we first discovered Vision Event and had our first call, Daniela gave us a strong lasting impression with her professionalism that we knew we wanted to work with them right away. I discovered Vision Event Co. while I was in the middle of planning my wedding and starting to feel overwhelmed. Realizing I didn’t want the stress of wedding planning on my shoulders on the big day, I decided to reach out to them. After our initial consultation, I knew they were the right choice. They jumped in to assist 90 days before the wedding, covering all the bases. Daniela and her team are top-notch—extremely professional and well-connected with vendors and small businesses in the wedding industry. They thought of every possible contingency, with plans B, C, and D in place. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and I would recommend them to anyone planning a special event. Daniela and the team at Vision were absolutely crucial in making our wedding everything we wanted and more. We hired vision for partial planning including vendor recommendations and I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Our venue (The Knockdown Center) was very much a blank slate, and Vision helped us choose the right team of vendors and coordinate with all those vendors to help transform the space into the look and feel we were going for on our big day. From helping to plan out the floor plan, to helping guide our conversations with vendors based on their experience, they were with us every step of the way. In addition to the stellar work they do, its also a team of wonderful people, which is important when you spend so much time together on the day of your wedding! There was no request or idea (not matter how last minute) that was met with anything other than thoughts on how to make it happen. I wanted to surprise my Bride with a Jello-O shot during our wedding portraits (we met over one in 2018), Vision says great, we'll coordinate with the photographer to make this happen. I brought up, less than a week before the wedding the idea of having chilled towels on the dance-floor after a rowdy Hora- they said 'love this idea, we'll grab a couple trays and make it happen'.
