I'm very impressed with the sign up process with Visiting Angels. Elizabeth was the provider who came and gave all of the information needed. She made sure we were comfortable and answered all questions we had about your services. She paired us with a compassionate caregiver who makes sure our loved one is comfortable. The managers in office are responsive and put forth effort to meet our needs or concerns. Thank you so much, we couldn't be more impressed Visiting Angels.

I have been working for Visiting Angels for 4 months to date and my experience so far has been very rewarding. I have met and heard some of the most unique stories experienced by my clients. It is a treat to be able to really help the elderly population in their time of need to complete their daily task to experience a better quality of life. And I get to provide the customer service, muscles, and the assistance they need. I get to work for an organizations that helps me to remember my why!

We have a fabulous caregiver from Visiting Angels, named Lindsey, who spends two afternoons a week with my 82-year-old mother. She is bubbly and joyful, very kind and thoughtful. When Lindsey arrives, she always greets my mom with a hug and a smile. She takes the initiative to assist with laundry, sweeping the kitchen floor, wiping down countertops, cooking dinner for my mom, doing the dishes and even checks expiration dates on refrigerator contents and wipes it out, when needed. She engages mom in conversation and really brightens her day. Before she leaves, she always make sure mom’s drink is topped off and she has everything she needs. My mom doesn’t require assistance bathing, dressing, etc. but if she did Lindsey would gladly assist. We love her and feel like she’s part of the family!

The office staff(Chelsea and Tiffany) are well equipped at matching caregivers and clients needs. They are excellent listeners and responsive to feedback and concerns from family members. The Huntsville office runs like a well oiled machine!
