Visiting Angels Senior Home Care

Visiting Angels was truly a blessing during our mother’s final days. After being deeply disappointed with the level of care at her nursing home, we were encouraged to contact Visiting Angels, and we are so grateful that we did. Their caregivers were compassionate, attentive, and provided the comfort and support our mother deserved. They also brought our family tremendous peace during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Beth was incredible. She was always accessible, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the help we needed, often on very short notice. We cannot recommend Visiting Angels highly enough. Their kindness and professionalism made an immeasurable difference, and we will always be grateful for the care they gave our mother.

Visiting Angels gives peace of mind for when we can't be here for mom and they take such good care and visit with her. It gives her company that isn't family and a different perspective about what is going on with her. Her caregive is Caitlyn and she is wonderful. When I am home when Caitlyn is here I hear lots of laughing and talking from moms living area. She plays card games and walks with her as well as helping her with chores. It really takes a special person to do this. I highly recommend Visiting Angels and they are easy to work with and very accommodating if we need extra days or a change of schedule.

Visiting Angels were absolutely wonderful in dealing with a very stubborn client. They were able to always meet ever changing needs on short notice. I highly recommend the Savannah visiting Angels.

Was charged top teir for companion to help my mother bathe and take care of her laundry and cleaning. 1st angel i was afraid she would fall with my mother and she would not complete all duties esp bathing my mother every week. 2nd was a kid who did not know how to clean at all. Final straw was when kid called in to say she could not make it but office could not call me. Do not use them unless they get better quality people and management.

I am writing this review to express the satisfaction that my family, specifically my soon to be 90 year old father and I have with Visiting Angles services. I researched many Home Care companies and was dissatisfied with their offerings. When I spoke with Mr. Hertzwig I was encouraged to give his services a try. He met with my dad and I, understood our concerns and matched our needs to a wonderful Direct Care Professional by the name of Tracy. My father is very happy with Tracy's professionalism and personality. She exudes a level of confidence and support that is invaluable to me as I manage my fathers affairs from afar. She attends most of his medical appointments and helps dad, who has hearing and other health issues understand what the doctors are saying and shares any concerns with me directly. Dad constantly assures me that Tracy has his respect, admiration and confidence. I highly recommend the services of Visit Angles of Savannah, GA. and when I see the commercials on television am so very proud that we chose this organization as their level of care and professionalism is exemplary. We've been working with Kevin and his staff at Visiting Angels for several months now and we've found them to be professional, responsive, and compassionate.
