Visiting Angels will NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS!!!! We had a major issue with them while taking care of my Uncle. Nothing was ever done to fix the problem and since he has passed on there is nothing we can do now but not use this service again!! I fo not need help fining the correct agenct because it was my nother that set up everything for her brother / my uncle and it was the west springfield group because this all happened in Westfield. =Leave me a respoce to who to contact and I will explain it then. It was not just a negative exsperience it was "GRAND THEFT!!!" and we do not deal with thieves.
