Zero stars if possible - watch out because somehow the owner Paige Barrett will gaslight you to oblivion. I have snapshots of everything more than what has been uploaded. Everything is not what it appears. Company struggling for money. Have abundant proof. 8 years in business does not success make in an extraordinarily disorganized business. BBB, FTC, and additional regulatory complaints (illegal sale of retatrutide) against Vitality Wellness Center, LLC have been filed for questionable practices and for failure to deliver contracted medical services (3 months) and products, refusal to issue a refund, and related concerns regarding business and regulatory practices. Breach of contract. Potential fraud in the inducement. Refusal of complete HIPAA records request. Misrepresentation of services. Failure to complete services. Failure to receive defectively delivered package. Refusal to provide recordings where care for patient is directly discussed and patient is present. Continued delays for requests of dosing protocol. Incomplete protocol. Deceptive representation compared to value. Absolutely disorganized and deceitful owner - unfortunate employees given the horrible malicious intent and what appears to be fraud in the inducement. Says one thing does another. Do not be fooled by the "acquired reviews." Mishandling of dosages. Micromanaging to the point of cookie cutter then blames the patient. Lies. Returns package if you do not accept. Does not provide complete protocol. Does not provide invoice details. Delays, Delays, Delays and more delays. Impact. As a result: • I was unable to begin treatment - breach of contract • I lost access to care • I incurred financial loss of $3,370 • I spent significant time attempting to resolve the issue Resolution Requested I am requesting: • A full refund of $3,370 • Review of the business’s practices • Appropriate corrective or enforcement action

I cannot recommend Paige at Vitality Wellness enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly ahead of her game. From the moment you meet with her, you can tell she genuinely cares about each and every one of her patients and takes the time to really listen and customize a plan specifically for you. She is so kind, professional, and thoughtful in her approach, and I’ve already noticed improvements in how I’m feeling since starting with her. I’m beyond grateful to have found someone who is not only so educated in what she does, but who also makes you feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. She is amazing at what she does!

Such a great wellness center! I love all of the options they have for peptides and your overall wellness. The new gym is an awesome added bonus! Would recommend to anyone trying to stay healthy and also anyone trying to improve their health.

I have been going to Vitality for over a year, VERY consistently, and working with a trainer on-site, Tashia. My favorite part is the gym. It's clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything I could ever dream of. The staff is always cheerful, curious about my life and goals, and I have never felt pressured, just supported. Something VITAL to consider is, many people say they have "tried everything" and I used to be in that camp. I was stressed, disorganized, and discouraged when I didn't hit all my goals in a matter of weeks. The reality is, what we see in fads and "influencers" online is that there is NO quick fix. It's a lifestyle overhaul and I kept showing up and following the plan even when I didn't see immediate results. I am now 45, I've had 5 kids, I have ADHD/Depression, Scoliosis, and a myriad of other things that were always my "excuses" as to why things were harder for me. I had to throw out that attitude and trust the process. My body FEELS better than ever. I sleep better than I have in years. I never have heartburn or headaches anymore. It was a LOT of work and it's because it's not a one-size-fits-all that we have to really put in the effort for months/years to make lasting change. There are no such thing as 12-week abs. This is the one-stop shop for custom solutions. I've heard only good things from my friends I've referred as well and want everyone to experience it!

I’ll keep things short but sweet… the picture doesn’t lie. I was a “borderline butterball” when I began working with Vitality… now??? Let’s just say, I’m in my best shape ever!!!
