Attended one of the new fun classes at Vitis House this week. Sip the Camino. So fun to try some new wines I would never have known even existed. As always, the food pairings we fantastic! If you haven't been to Vitis House yet, you're missing out. All the classes are great. They are combination of learning and fun. You'll learn about what wine your tasting and get to try lots of new things. Highly Recommend!

If Michelin handed out stars for trips, this adventure that Doreen put together in the Txakoli and Rioja regions would definitely make the cut. We recently returned from a week-long journey through Spain with Doreen and three other couples, where we explored local wines, tapas, and gourmet meals in some of the most beautiful locations. We felt like VIPs everywhere we went and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend Vitis House’s classes and small group travel. Txin Txin!

This shop is amazing. It is a beautiful space with a wonderful selection. Crystal is brilliant and provides perfect recommendations. Her WSET courses are phenomenal. I was extremely impressed at the level of education provided. She presents the syllabus in an incredibly thorough and efficient manner, and the material and wine samples were top notch and very enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend Crystal Palate for all things wine!

We recently hosted the Catalan Wines professional tasting in Raleigh at Vitis House Wine School, and the experience was truly outstanding. Doreen and her entire team are incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond — not only helping us execute a seamless event, but also guiding us through the local wine community and introducing us to key people in the city. Their insight into who’s who in Raleigh made a real difference. The space is beautiful, perfectly set up for trade tastings and educational events, and the level of attention to detail was exceptional. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt supported at every step. My wife and I truly enjoyed this level one class. Chandler was very thorough and presented the material clearly. She encouraged questions and provided clear answers. Definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to move on to a higher level or just wants to learn more about wine.
