I have worked with Dr. Malli for years and I have always been pleased! Not just with the wonderful results but with the entire experience. The office visits are always very pleasant and relaxing and her staff is great!!! I have come to trust Dr. Malli so much that though I no longer live in Santa Fe and have to fly across the country for my visits, I happily continue to work with her. She’s truly the BEST!!!

I recently had a Halo Tribrid treatment with Dr. Maali. So far the experience has been positive. The procedure was mostly pain free as the numbing agent she used was excellent. She explained to me everything she was doing during the procedure. I had complete confidence in her as I did my research before committing to having it done and her reviews were very positive. She is a MD and highly qualified. The recovery was exactly as it was explained to me. In less than a week I had a "Halo Glow". Now I am two weeks out and my skin looks much better. I won't see the full results for a couple of months but I'm hopeful that I will be pleased.

I’ve been to a few different med spas in Santa Fe and I think Viva Skin is the best one I’ve tried. Dr. Maali and the whole staff are really kind and thorough. Jessica, the nurse aesthetician, is really knowledgeable and friendly, and she always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Sometimes skin treatments can feel a little scary and I love that they take the time to explain things and make sure everything is done right so that I don’t have to worry. I had a series of Moxi laser treatments and it helped a lot with my melasma and overall skin texture! I’ll definitely be back.

The best! Dr. Maali takes a lot of time to learn about what brought you in and the goals you’re trying to achieve. She is extremely thorough walking you through a comprehensive treatment plan and explains every step along the way. If a treatment has a healing process, her and her team follow up daily and she may tweak your aftercare instructions depending on your own individual skin and healing journey. Individualized care at its best. Dr. Maali is also focused on natural enhancements. When you see your own face everyday the differences can feel subtle. Refreshed not overdone. However, I’m only half way through my treatment plan and the difference between my before photos and my most recent office photos was shocking!! Those subtle enhancements add up to big changes. Dr. Maali knows exactly what she’s doing. I feel very well taken care of by her and her team. 100/10 would recommend.
